Documents that warn you
Licence, insurance, registration — each with an expiry date. The courier list flags "expiring soon" 30 days out, before the platform blocks your courier.
Files your bank accepts
The payout list exports as a clean CSV with account holder, IBAN and net amount. Couriers missing an IBAN are listed separately instead of silently dropped.

Smart dispatch
Each order is offered to the nearest eligible courier, exclusively and on a timer; decline and it moves on within seconds. A second job in the same direction is suggested automatically.
Delivery code or photo
The four-digit code on the customer's screen is asked at handover; if nobody is home, a photo is taken. The "I delivered / I never got it" argument ends.
Live tracking
Customers watch the courier on the map and rate afterwards. Location is collected only on shift and stops when the shift ends.
Courier settlements

Dispute log
