A tracking link goes to the customer; they watch the courier approach and rate the delivery afterwards. Location is collected only on shift.

Smart dispatch
Each order is offered to the nearest eligible courier, exclusively and on a timer; decline and it moves on within seconds. A second job in the same direction is suggested automatically.
Delivery code or photo
The four-digit code on the customer's screen is asked at handover; if nobody is home, a photo is taken. The "I delivered / I never got it" argument ends.
Live tracking
Customers watch the courier on the map and rate afterwards. Location is collected only on shift and stops when the shift ends.
Courier settlements
Per drop, hourly or mixed: every delivery posts as its own line to the courier's account. The payout list is ready at period end; you make the payment — we never touch your money.
Dispute log
A business, courier or customer opens a case; refunds and deductions are separate lines, decided by a human.
Works without signal
In a lift, a basement, a tunnel: the delivery confirmation is queued, never lost, never sent twice.
