Open marketplace (pilot)
For couriers and businesses without a fleet: no subscription, a commission per delivery.
Only in cities where the marketplace is open (currently the Istanbul pilot). Joining and using it is free; the platform earns a commission only on completed deliveries, at a rate published in the city policy.
- The delivery fee is computed and locked before the order is created.
- Businesses pay from a prepaid balance, so the courier is covered the moment the order exists.
- Courier and fleet earnings are paid weekly (manually during the pilot).
- The platform commission is a percentage of the delivery fee, published in the city policy.
