Account deletion request

Delivio accounts are operated by Talivio Technology OÜ. You can request deletion of your account and related data at any time — you do not need to install the app or sign in to do so.

How to request

Send a message with the subject "account deletion" to [email protected] from the e-mail address your account is registered with. Writing from that address is enough to verify you; we NEVER ask for your password or any other secret.

What is deleted

Your account: name, e-mail, phone and sign-in records.
Your location history and delivery proof photos.
Accounting records with a statutory retention period (earnings and payout statements) cannot be deleted; they are ANONYMISED so they can no longer be linked to you.

How long it takes

Your request is completed within 30 days at the latest, and you are notified once it is done.
